Why does the battery feel a bit short?

The built-in blowers use high power to push air through the cushion layers to reach the baby’s back. This takes quite a bit of power.Level 2 is recommended for a baby-friendly breeze and provides around 6 hours of use.

Why can I hear noise while the fan is working?

The cooling pad uses dual blowers and an air circulation system. As air moves through the fabric and micro vents, friction creates some noise. This is necessary for effective airflow. We have optimized the design to reduce noise as much as possible.

Why does the airflow feel weak?

1.Babies have sensitive skin and their temperature control is still developing. A strong breeze may cause discomfort.

2.It doesn’t blow cold air but provides airflow to reduce sweating.
