Pavane builds on Liebesleid’s exceptional industrial design but replaces the uncomfortable brass material with a lighter, more durable, and solid stainless steel. Through high-precision turning and milling combined with a polishing process, we continue the industrial design that MOONDROP takes pride in. Alongside this, we incorporate new drivers and materials, harnessing the skills of the modern age to redefine classic designs.

Brand-new 13.5mm External Magnetic Long-stroke Dynamic Driver

Pavane features a newly designed 13.5mm ultra-high performance dynamic driver. This driver has been optimized through years of experience and extensive finite element simulations. lt utilizes an external magnetic structure with an N55 magnet, known for its ultra-high magnetic density – an uncommon feature in earbuds. This design leads to excellent energy conversion efficiency, long stroke capability, and high dynamics, allowing for rapid transients and outstanding dynamic performance.

Third Generation DLC Dome Composite Diaphragm

Equipped with a newly developed 13.5mm external magnetic long-stroke high dynamic driver, the Pavane employs a third-generation DLC dome composite diaphragm. This diaphragm consists of a DLC dome paired with two materials that have different properties, providing high rigidity, a high damping coefficient, and low weight. Remarkably, its acoustic performance can even surpass that of a berylium metal diaphragm.

Fully display details, resolution, dynamic range and treble extension

To achieve superior acoustic performance compared to Chaconne and Liebesleid, this diaphragm was designed based on a thorough analysis of material acoustic characteristics. lt was further refined using finite element analysis to optimize its vibration mode, followed by extensive experimentation.As a result, the Pavane delivers improved treble extension, denser midrange, and more robust bass performance, all while offering richer detail and resolution, culminating in a live-show experience.

Powerful Acoustic Performance,Scientific and Mature Adjustment

Pavane’s third-generation DLC dome coating technology, combined with the N55 external magnetic structure, achieves remarkable high sensitivity without altering the driver size. This innovation not only surpasses the performance of available flat-headed earbuds but also demonstrates ultra-low nonlinear distortion that approaches the measurable limits in laboratory settings at a standard sound pressure of 1Pa(94dB).The resulting audio quality is significantly higher than that of typical flat-headed earbuds on the market and even exceeds that of most high-end

To preserve Pavane’s classic and elegant design aesthetics, we have opted for a non-interchangeable cable. The cable is made from specially selected high-quality single crystal copper and features a silver-plated Litz structure, with an interchangeable plug design. Additionally, it includes two high-precision plugs: 4.4mm and 3.5mm, to accommodate different needs and ensure compatibility with a wide range of devices.
