THE ULTIMATE HUMMINGBIRD FEEDER How It Works

Mix four parts hot water to one part white sugar, boil for one to two minutes. Mix ratios are as follows:

Using a 12 oz bottle: 1/3 cup of sugar in 12 ounces of waterUsing a 16 oz bottle: 1/2 cup of sugar in 16 ounces of waterUsing a 20 oz bottle: 2/3 cup of sugar in 20 ounces of water

After the mixture has cooled fill your bottle with the sugar water.

*Nectar feeder ports may leak in extreme windy conditions

Fill any standard size soda or water bottle with nectar, slide the handing sleeve over the bottle, screw on the feeder, and hang upside-down.

The bottle sleeve features large grommets that support attachment to a large variety of clips, chains, or shepherd’s hooks.

To clean, simply unscrew the base from the bottle, wash it with warm soapy water, and rinse or replace your bottle (please recycle).

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

Not all plastic bottles have the correct type of thread profile for our feeder. All soda bottles fit. Most single water bottles bought individually and not from a case quantity usually have the correct thread profile to fit. Other water bottles work but can cause cross threading and may experience slight dripping. It’s important to take the time to find the correct bottle so you will get a great experience with our hummingbird feeder.
