President and founder Cesar Milano is a former professional musician and sound engineer, who established CTM in 2010 with the vision that exceptional audio should be available at reasonable prices.

How did we get our start?

CTM rose from a goal that our founder, Cesar Milano, had of pursuing the best sound quality, affordably. Cesar, a Venezuelan entrepreneur, sound engineer & drummer, moved to the States looking for in-ear monitors that would perform at a high level but nothing satisfied his need of quality and affordability. While building up the company he discovered that there was more to it, that there was an incredible and powerful connection between our customers and their music. That became our driving force and continues to this day.
